    Yes maybe a second hand copy of FCP is the answer. I didnt think of that.
    For the record I Movie seems to be a fine stable program, however it does very little other that straight cuts and fades.
    I need to do some chroma-key work and I movie doesnt have that option.

    For Info I finally bought Premiere 5.1 for the MAC, from ebay for 30 quid. Bargain!
